1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlyerSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our application for the purpose of analyzing flyers and creating calendar events via the Google APIs. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of AI Extractions

FlyerSync utilizes large language models (LLMs) to perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and text reasoning. While highly accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness or absolute correctness of every extraction. Users are expected to review event details (dates, times, locations) before confirming the creation of the event in their Google Calendar.

4. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any part thereof with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlyerSync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
