Welcome to FlyerSync ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web application to extract details from flyers and create Google Calendar events.

2. Information We Access via Google OAuth

When you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request access to the following information via the Google API:

• Basic Profile Information: Your email address to authenticate your session.
• Calendar Access: `calendar.events` scope to purely allow our app to dynamically create the specifically requested event on your Google Calendar.

3. How We Use and Protect Your Data

We strictly use your Google data solely to provide the promised service: evaluating the flyer image you upload and creating a calendar event on your behalf.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with unauthorized third parties.
• Access tokens are securely stored in HTTP-only, encrypted cookies during your session and are not exposed to the client browser.
• Uploaded flyers are processed by our AI strictly to extract the event text required for the calendar and are not retained to train AI models or monitored by human agents.

4. Data Retention

Your Google authentication tokens expire naturally and are cleared when you log out. Any future accounts created on FlyerSync will have options to immediately delete all account data and permanently revoke Google Calendar access from within their account settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account Security Dashboard at any time.
